I found evolve difficult to deal with. We needed a second parking pass and they were absolutely not going to give it to us. After calling the co do office several times, we were given the go ahead for a second pass from the condo. Evolve has a call center that gives canned answers. You’ll get no where with them. The condo was clean but had dust bunnies on fixtures and decorations. The balcony was full of dead bugs. However the condo complex was very nice with gated access to beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. Condo staff were very nice. Love castle reef. Will not book with evolve again.
overall everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. Unit and property were close to the beach and restaurants to enjoy.Unit was clean and stay able, but could use a updating on the kitchen, all blinds and bathrooms.
Was ok place easy access would have nice to move the air up or down

The windows had blue film on them (the buildings are being painted or something) and there was no view. This should have been disclosed when booked. Electric in the Kitchen not working on all outlets.TV in master room not working (tv worked, but could not access anything at all)There was a must smell when we entered and until we opened the doorsLocking mechanism on front door faulty. We had to pull the door closed to get the lock engaged.
Listing is a lie. I have photos of my socks covered in pet hair and this was just from the kitchen. So, the "no pets" is a lie. Also, no umbrella to take to the beach. Pool is deeper than 6 feet too. Whoever wrote the listing needs to be fired.

good but needs a few things
There were no fire alarms in the condo- they were missing! We didn't have enough towels, there was only one garbage bag , no soap in shower or tissues in bathroom. There was also no dishwasher soap . Pots and pans in kitchen need to be updated. Lights and fan need to be updated. Overall it was comfortable- pool and beach very nice.

Hi Jane, we take guest safety and comfort very seriously, so we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to clarify the following:
-There are currently four working fire alarms in the condo, as required by both the condo association and the city, and the homeowner will double-check everything during their next visit to ensure all safety measures are in place.
-Additional bath towels and beach towels will be added to ensure future guests have plenty of linens.
-The homeowner will also review the stock of essentials like garbage bags, soap, and dishwasher detergent to ensure they are fully replenished for every stay.
-The pots and pans are high-quality Calphalon, but the homeowner will inspect them during their visit to ensure they are still in good condition.
-Two new umbrellas will be added after previous ones were stolen over the summer.
Thanks for sharing your experience, and we're glad you found the condo comfortable and enjoyed the pool and beach! We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the guest experience and hope to have the chance to host you again.
The condo had an unpleasant odor. The air vent to the master bedroom had either black dirt or mold on it. The other bedroom had a heavy lock box on the inside doorknob and our granddaughter wasn’t able to open her door from the inside one morning and my husband had to help her get out of the room. There were no working overhead lights in either bedroom and lots of light bulbs needed to be replaced. The shower in the master bathroom had very little water pressure and lots of mold in the corners. Most of the rugs on the floors would slide while walking on them. The storm door was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. The whole condo was very outdated and needs some updates and a good cleaning and airing out.
