• The condo is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs to reach the front entrance.
• There is no elevator access.
• The property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
• Maximum occupancy and parking limits are strictly enforced per local regulations.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo and throughout the condominium complex.
• Parking is limited and permitted only in designated areas with a valid parking pass.
• No pets are permitted.
• Winter visitors should be prepared for snow and mountain weather conditions.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

TOWELS Beach Towels: Wash and start them in dryer. White Towels: Start in Washing Machine DISHES Load and start dishwasher TRASH Dispose across from the front door. Lift bin to access.

PARKING PERMIT Return Be sure to return parking permit(s) to the hook next to front door.

TURN OFF Turn thermostat (located upstairs) down to 55 degrees. Floor heaters (one in each bathroom): return to schedule Turn off lights. LOCK UP Please be sure door is well latched and locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking is allowed in the entire complex.

Please purchase travel insurance: Winter travel can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy applies regardless of weather or travel delays.

Return parking passes to hook at front door. Unreturned parking passes have a $50 replacement fee for each one.

Super cute place located in just the right area! Lots of walkable restaurants with the beaches near by. We enjoyed the beautiful views every morning from the patio. Thank you for making our stay at incline village memorable!!

Why they chose this property

This location is convenient & effortless. Nature and dining are right outside your door.
Great dining, beaches, walking trails, and shuttle up to Diamond Peak just across the road.

One of my favorite morning walks is through the pine forest, where chickadees will often land right in your hand if you bring a few seeds. I also love biking the East Shore Trail to Sand Harbor, hiking the surrounding mountains, and spending time on the lake.

It truly is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and I hope you'll experience the same sense of peace and adventure that keeps bringing me back.
