Spacious incline village 2nd floor condo in Forest Pines, well located, close to Hyatt, Beaches on Lakeshore drive and shopping. Large kitchen for cooking, two 55 inch plasma TV, Wifi/internet for streaming, well furnished and queen size sofa/sleeper. Enjoy the balcony. Plenty of parking in the parking lot with EV charging station. Complex has pool which is open in the summer, and year round sauna and hot tub in the community center in the complex. 2 parking spaces available in the complex parking lot. No street parking in unassigned areas. Max Occupancy 3.

Incline Condo

This was a great stay, location was great and lake was right down the street. Wifi worked with no issues and the bed was down right comfortable. Also nice to he able to do small load of laundry. Host checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed would definitely stay again.

My wife and I booked this unit last minute. This condo is a well maintained unit located in the heart of Incline Village. I had a wonderful dialog going on with the property owner. She was very responsive.

Perfect location to everything.

The home was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. It was spacious and clean. Very close to the lake. Only a few minutes to the Tesla supercharger next to the grocery store.

Beautiful Stay in Incline Village

Beautiful location about 1.5 miles from downtown Incline Village alongside about 1 block from Lake Tahoe. The condo was immaculate and had all of the luxuries of home. Next time we’re in Lake Tahoe I will definitely check on the availability

This was a great place and location to stay at - the community itself was ideal as well. It was great to have access to the community pool and sauna, which were well maintained. Val was extremely communicative and flexible, allowing me to check in a couple hours early, and check out a couple hours later - I’m sure that depends on if there is another stay before or after. That being said, I would have to ask the same question multiple times before getting an answer, which was frustrating. The dishwasher was completely broken and unhinged from the peninsula cabinetry. The door would open / fall down on its own, hitting and scratching my ankle / leg while at the kitchen sink, multiple times. I was not informed of this before. In unit laundry, a massive and comfortable bed, plenty of furniture for seating, and a nice bathroom set up were all plus’s. I would stay again!

Lack of communication

Didn’t receive the information I needed prior to my arrival - erroneous wi-fi information, lack of communication about available passes to community (private) beaches despite multiple attempts. Didn’t gain access until over halfway through stay. Lack of information or response about questions related to check out responsibility. And a little thing - but no wine glasses, and very few glasses of any kind.
