Charming apartment in half-timbered villa

Welcome to our family-friendly, very bright, and cosy holiday rental. With two bedrooms (2 and 3 beds, respectively) and a living room, it can accommodate 5 people—or 6 with an additional mattress. With its great location, it’s an ideal starting point for hikes in the Harz Mountains, cultural excursions, wellness activities, biking, walking, and cross-country skiing. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the station of the historic Harzquerbahn, which can take you to the Upper Harz region as far as the Brocken or into the city centre.

Thanks to the excellent location of this tastefully decorated apartment, you can experience peace and nature, enjoy wellness at the Aktivbad, and stay close to the historic city centre with its fairytale castle. Make yourself at home in the sunny three rooms and on the balcony!

Please let us know after booking whether you need bed linens. If you do not need the bed linens, we will gladly refund the linen fee.

We are happy to provide cots and high chairs.
The small bathroom features a sink, toilet, and shower. An additional bathroom is available in the hallway.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the house.

In addition to the rental price, the city of Wernigerode charges a visitor’s tax per person per night: Adults: €3.50; children ages 6 and up: €1.75. This must be paid in cash on-site. The visitor’s tax includes a bus ticket for the region that is valid for the entire duration of your stay.

On weekends, bookings for only one night are not possible.

Ample free street parking is available.

Let the birdsong wake you up! Our house is beautifully situated near the forest in the Hasserode district of Wernigerode. Tasteful half-timbered villas characterise the quiet streetscape, which is complemented by views of the adjacent sparse deciduous forest. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, and a water park with an indoor play area. Our younger guests can have a great time during their exciting stay at the nearby little stream and on a lovely playground.

Bus stops and the Harz narrow-gauge railway are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft und in Wernigerode! Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gepflegt, es ist sehr sauber und man findet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. :)

Große Fewo in ruhiger Lage

Die Fewo ist groß, hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Himmlische Ruhe, direkt am Waldrand. Das Zentrum von Wernigerode ist 3 km entfernt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage Wir suchten einen Ort für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub und wir hatten ihn gefunden. Eine große, helle und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben in unserem Urlaub fast ausschließlichen den öffentlichen und guten Nahverkehr genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter/-innen war gut und freundlich. Wir konnten uns gut erholen! Kurtaxe nur mit Kurpass möglich um Rabatte zu bekommen. Leider hatte uns das keiner gesagt! Eintritte sind z.T. schon recht teuer, somit muss man sich vorher genau informieren, was man besichtigen möchte. Wernigerode und Quedlingburg sind einen Ausflug wert!

Schön Chillig

Die 7 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung haben uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich, alles da was man braucht. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Stadt und auch die Umgebung ist einfach toll. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Harz-Erholung im authentischen Objekt

In einem atmosphärisch hochwertigen Domizil, das einem schon äußerlich das Herz rührt, fehlt es auch sonst an nichts: Von notwendigen Dingen (Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine) bis hin zu denen, mit denen man das eigene soziale Umfeld neidisch machen kann: altes (aber natürlich gepflegtes) Mobiliar, sauber, stilistisch einheitlich (abgesehen von technischen Innovationen), vornehme Dekoration - selbst Spiele und ein Rechtschreibwörterbuch sind vorhanden.

Gute unkomplizierte SchlüsselübergabeDie Wohnung war sehr schön. Alt und Neu sehr schön kombiniert und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben auf dem Überdachten Balkon die Ruhe genossen und bei Sonnenschein gefrühstückt. Zimmer sehr großzügig. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Extrem ruhige Lage und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig für Ausflüge.
