Pool is seasonal (Mid May-September). Pool is accessible from yard or walking out of the back door. Back yard is fenced. Be sure all gates are closed and doors locked to prevent kids from accessing pool. Supervise children. No running. No diving. No glass containers. No lifeguard on duty. Pool slide is not available. Swim at your own risk.

Please note the property is on acreage , please expect insects or other wildlife. WiFi available but choppy at times.

The home was clean and comfortable. Very family/group friendly. Nice pool. quick responses from host. We enjoyed our stay.

House was a mess it had not been swept or mopped, windows super dirty, dead bugs everywhere, lots of bird poop all over patio area outside, pool was filthy with lots of algae and debris, air vents super filthy where they had never been cleaned, grill is not even useable,definitely didn’t match photos, host didn’t even try to fix problem just asked if we were going to leave or stay, and we left the house.

We appreciate all guest feedback, but we do need to clarify that the statements made here do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The home was professionally cleaned before check‑in, and we have photos verifying this. The guest spent several hours at the home and did not report any cleanliness issues during that time. The concerns raised were related to normal outdoor conditions in the countryside—wind‑blown debris in the pool and a legally protected bird nest that cannot be removed in Texas. These items are also mentioned in the listing description. They did send a photo of a ceiling vent and stated the house was dirty. This would not have affected their state, but we did have our cleaners take care of the ceiling vent. We asked whether the guest wished to stay or depart, and they chose to leave. A refund was issued for the unused nights. We remain committed to transparency and maintaining a clean, safe home for all guests. Be cautious with this particular guest.
