The Space:

Feeling Tip Sea in Prominence on 30A is a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhome with all of the comfort and conveniences of home. A 6-seater golf cart is also included during your stay as well as 4 bikes.  Feeling Tip Sea is well suited for gathering with family and friends due to its open floor plan.  The living room boasts ample seating with the kitchen and dining area nearby. A great feature of the home is the patio off of the living room allowing for an additional gathering area.  Additionally, the first floor includes a half bathroom and full size washer and dryer.



Prominence is a popular community on 30A! It is home to a gorgeous resort style pool with abundant seating, green space, and community grills. It is famous for it's town center known as The Big Chill, which is home to an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights as well as boutiques and restaurants!  It is also centrally located to the beautiful white sand beaches of 30A (a quick 1/2 mile bike ride or golf cart ride away).

Families will certainly enjoy the close proximity to the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck with abundant seating. Prominence is directly across 30A from The Big Chill, where you can enjoy food, shops and entertainment.

* A separate golf cart waiver will be sent after booking. Drivers' licenses and proof of insurance is required prior to receiving the golf card lock box code. Note you must be 25 or older with a valid drivers license to operate the cart. Prominence HOA will issue a $500 fine for any underage operators of Golf Carts within the community even if there is an adult present.

*Parking is limited to 2 spaces in driveway. The garage is intended to store the golf cart.

* The E bike is for owner use only.

Inlet Beach is a great starting point for exploring Walton County’s eastern 30A corridor, with easy access to nearby beach towns and plenty of options for biking and driving. Many guests love using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path) for scenic rides into Rosemary Beach and beyond, while a vehicle is helpful for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton.



Traveling to/around the area - Explore by foot, by bike, or by car:

• A car is recommended for exploring beyond the immediate 30A corridor, as rideshares and taxis can be limited and wait times can vary.

• Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A—use the Timpoochee Trail to reach nearby beaches, dining, and shopping areas safely and enjoyably.

• Walking works well for short trips and beach access days, but plan to drive for larger grocery runs and farther excursions.

• Bike rentals are widely available along 30A if you want extra bikes for your group—helmets are recommended, and the paths can get busy during peak season.
