Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a few locked closets.



The Neighborhood:

The Blue Mountains offer four seasons of recreation and entertainment activity. Your chalet is in the heart of this wonderful area with simple access to all amenities by foot, bike, and car, such as the bustling Blue Mountain Village, where you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, and restaurants; Scenic Caves, Scandinavian Spa, wineries, provincial parks and beaches and the town of Collingwood and Thornbury in either direction and so much more.



The Orchard Express ski lift is steps away from the chalet and one of many lifts servicing the Blue Mountains.



Hiking along the mountain trails, Biking along the famous Georgian Bay trails, and great walking paths everywhere. Several public beaches on Georgian Bay are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for your stay. Blue Mountain Village is within a 5 minute drive and about 15 minutes to Downtown Collingwood. Northwinds Beach is located within a 5 minute drive. The Georgian Trail is right at your finger tips perfect for walking and biking.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum Occupancy

You must not have more than 16 people (including children) in the property. This rule is strictly enforced, fines between $500 -$1000 can be issued by by-law if the occupancy limit is exceeded.



There is parking for a maximum of 8 cars. This is a requirement of the STA licence Bi-Law and must be followed or risk of getting a ticket or bi-law infraction.

We will be available anytime to help with questions or anything needed by the Airbnb App, text or phone.



To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, onsite security will provide a brief meet-and-greet on your arrival day. They will review the Town of Blue Mountains by-law requirements, including noise regulations and occupancy limits, and answer any questions you may have about the neighbourhood and community expectations.
