The modern and comfortably furnished “Am Leuchtfeuer 3” apartment, rated 4-star (based on standard occupancy of 2 people), is located on the 1st floor (lift). It stands out especially for its breathtaking view of the sea, the marina, and the beach, and—as one of the few apartments—features two balconies facing southwest, with sun all day long!

The living room features a cosy sofa area (new, comfortable sofa bed for two people) with a sea view, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Internet access, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player are, of course, included. A high chair and a cot can be provided upon request. The bedroom features comfortable box-spring beds for a restful night’s sleep (mattresses deep-cleaned in January 2021). Waking up to the morning sun and a view of the sea is a cheerful way to start the day. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. A balcony with seating invites you to enjoy meals overlooking the open sea, the marina, and the beach, while a second balcony with lounge chairs is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and evening sun. Thanks to the covered areas on both balconies, you can still enjoy them even in light rain.

The sandy beach, just 20 m away and featuring beach chairs from May through September, offers relaxation in the fresh sea air and plenty of fun in the water. A wave pool, sauna area, and city hall are located in the immediate vicinity.

The harbour promenade right outside the door offers a wide selection of dining options. About 200 m away are the Old Town with its charming alleys and the pedestrian zone in the car-free city centre.

Your car is safely parked in a nearby car park. Bicycles can also be securely stored here free of charge.

Hafenspitze Events
Several times a year, events featuring live music and a Ferris wheel take place in the area around the Hafenspitze. Sprat Days on Pentecost, Eel Regatta in June, Pirate Days in August. A stage is also set up beneath the sail for these events. Please check the current dates before booking.
