Perfect for couples, families, and groups, BlueBear Lodge is a pet-friendly 6-bedroom retreat with lake views, a private hot tub, fire pit, and easy access to ATV, snowmobiling, and biking trails. With plenty of room to spread out, it’s just as inviting for a quiet getaway for two or a small family as it is for a larger group.

Just minutes from the marina, beaches, restaurants, and downtown Garden City, and about 20 minutes from Beaver Mountain, the lodge is a convenient home base for enjoying Bear Lake year-round. Spend your days boating, hiking, biking, skiing, or exploring the trails, then come home to relax in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit.

The lodge sleeps up to 12 guests, with a king primary suite, three queen bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room. Families will appreciate the kids’ nook, sandbox, basketball area, crib, and high chair, while the spacious deck and comfortable living areas give everyone room to relax.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, plus an extra refrigerator and chest freezer for longer stays. There’s also plenty of parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers.

After a day on the lake, trails, or slopes, BlueBear Lodge is a comfortable place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

We had an absolutely wonderful four-night stay and would happily come back again. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with from start to finish, which made everything effortless.The home is beautiful, spotless, and in a fantastic location. It was easy to run to the market, then come back and cook big family dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed and high-quality appliances and cookware. One of our favorite parts of each day was enjoying dinner out on the deck overlooking the lake.The location was also perfect for our group of teens. They loved being able to walk into town to browse the shops, grab different Bear Lake shakes, and enjoy a little independence. After long days on the lake, everyone looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub each evening.The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and everyone in our group slept well. The bathrooms were beautiful, and throughout the home there were thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It was more like staying in someone's well-loved home than a typical rental.We traveled with our two dogs, two adults, five teenage girls, and all of our lake gear, and the house handled our group beautifully. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bear Lake.

We had a wonderful stay with family at Bear Lake. The advertising pictures do not do the place justice. The home was lovely with a cabin vibe and plenty of parking. The views of Bear Lake were beautiful. The trek to town was minimal.We celebrated my husband’s 50TH birthday with our blended family. We had a great time playing games around the kitchen table, relaxing in the hot tub and making big breakfasts together.Highly recommend to others for a family get together to forge awesome memories.

We are excited to share our home with families and groups visiting beautiful Bear Lake.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it offers the best of Bear Lake: beautiful lake and mountain views, a peaceful setting, and easy access to Garden City. It feels quiet and scenic, but it is still close to restaurants, shops, beaches, and local attractions. In summer, guests can enjoy boating, beaches, raspberry shakes, hiking, biking, and ATV trails. In winter, Beaver Mountain, snowmobiling, and cozy evenings by the fire make it a wonderful mountain-lake retreat.
