Great house, great location, wonderful stay.

Our family stayed her with a total of 11 people of varying ages. We loved being able to all gather in the family room and kitchen. The hot tub was so fun. We loved the location and were able to walk to the store and town. The owner was great to communicate with. We hope to stay again.

Great place for a large family!

This home was just perfect for our annual family trip. We had 9 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath and we enjoyed the 2 family rooms as well! It is decorated beautifully and well equipped. Only thing we missed were more wash rags for the bathrooms. It’s very conveniently located for everything we needed or wanted during our stay. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. We would love to stay here again for our next trip to BearLake!

This home is beautiful and new. My family loved the large kitchen, and how spacious the home was. We had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. We had a question for the owner, and they responded quickly and took care of the issue without inconveniencing us, and even bought us some famous raspberry shakes for our concern. We would love to stay here again next summer!

Don't Miss Out

This place is amazing. It's perfectly located by everything you need. Grocery store is within walking distance. Marina is also within walking distance, about .4 miles if you have to launch a boat. Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed. Kid friendly. Hot tub is basically a pool. Would 100% recommend this.

Family vacation

This was our third vacation at bear lake, we love Garden City, the house was beautiful, plenty of towels and the the house was equipped with everything, the hot tub was great ,plus a bonus to have the pool and recreation room, what we didn't like was the small gard and not much privacy, we lived are stay but , we would have having a deck or private backyard to sit outside in the evening

We did not receive the "welcome packet" until after 2 requests. We had difficulty with the pinball machine, running the dishwasher, and finding the trash bins. Clearer directions would have been helpful. But we enjoyed being with each other and the house accommodated us well.

This place is great for large families. There was plenty of room for 10 adults and 7 kids. We only had a couple of small concerns. Make sure to bring your own wash cloths and paper towels, other than that, it was great!
