Escape to this charming tiny home on 15 secluded acres, with stunning bluff views and peaceful forest surroundings. Located just 20 minutes from town, 12 miles from the University, this unique stay is ideal for couples, families, and outdoor enthusiasts to unplug and unwind.

With 3 beds and 1 full bath, it is a great basecamp for exploring local gems like the Sewanee Trail, Fiery Gizzard, and Fall Creek Falls.

Please note: There is a separate house on the property that may be occupied.

The space
Relax and unwind in as you go off the grid and into your surroundings. The property intentionally does not include internet or a TV. Use this time to disconnect from screens, slow down, and reconnect with nature, your people, or yourself.

Enjoy a peaceful walk along the short trail that loops through the property.

With 3 beds (1 full, 1 bunk) and 1 full bath, it's the perfect peaceful base for hiking nearby trails like Fiery Gizzard & Fall Creek Falls. Just a reminder: the captain's ladder leading to the bedroom is steeper than a typical staircase, so you'll need to be fairly nimble to go up and down safely.

Guest access
Guests have full access to tiny home, including the porch, scenic lookout, and a short walking trail that loops through the property’s natural surroundings. Feel free to explore and enjoy the land, just remember you’re in the outdoors, so please be mindful of uneven terrain and local wildlife. It is recommended to stay on the marked trail.

There may be guests staying in the home located on the property. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy by avoiding that area during your stay. Be cautious as the land is shared, park and stay along the rocks (on your side).

Please do not enter the canvas tents or use the fire pit as it is for use of the home rental.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
