"Maison pêcheur 45", 4-room terraced house 85 m2 on 3 levels. Very modern and luxurious furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Exit to the patio. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and shower. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) with bathroom, shower and double hand-basin. Sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small balcony, terrace, small patio. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at 800 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Private mooring (extra). Smoke alarm. We couldn’t have wished for more. The accommodation was absolutely spotless. Beautifully located in an amazing place. Restaurants and bars within 3 minute walk. Who could wish for more. Mostly French people in the bars and restaurants which is exactly what you want. No Brits!! If you want that, go to Benidorm!

Perfect

The property was as described in the advert, easy check in with the property manager. We were a party of two couples and it was perfect for our stay. The property is very well equipped The garden was a lovely place to sit and relax whether in the morning or evening. The house was a short stroll from the main square which has lovely restaurants. Only minus was the plant over the trellis in the garden, could do with a wee trim - if you like the shade it's not a problem. Otherwise beautiful property and we will definately be back

Très belle maison rénovée avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Terrasse idyllique et emplacement idéal! Doris nous a réservé un très bon accueil et était très réactif. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
