Welcome to our cosy holiday rental in the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg”! It’s perfect for a holiday for two or with a small family (up to three people).

Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday on Rügen! Our holiday rental features a cosy living room, separate bedroom, kitchenette, shower room, and terrace—offering plenty of space to unwind and relax. With modern furnishings in warm tones and plenty of natural light, you’ll find a beautiful, inviting atmosphere!

The living room, featuring a couch, TV, and mini hi-fi system with a CD player and radio, is the perfect place to unwind. It’s wonderful for sitting together comfortably, watching films, or listening to music. Free Wi-Fi (8 Mbps) is available for browsing on your smartphone.

For convenient self-catering, the open kitchenette features, among other things, a modern 2-burner ceramic stove and a microwave, as well as a dining table.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2 m). An additional person can sleep on the couch (1.40 m x 2 m) in the living room.

Do you dream of relaxing moments in the fresh Baltic Sea air? On the north/west-facing terrace of the holiday rental, you can wonderfully unwind or read a good book in peace. Now that’s a holiday! For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible playground in the residential complex.

General Information:
A hair dryer is part of the standard furnishings. Outlet covers are in the sideboard. A vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are provided; the washing machine and dryer are located in the neighbouring building. There is a private parking space for your car. Bicycles can be parked on-site. Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding. This is also a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is located in Building 3 of the residential complex.

A wonderfully relaxing holiday awaits you at the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” on Rügen! The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spacious. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peaceful holiday atmosphere.

After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll find yourself on the shopping and strolling promenade. From the Wohnpark, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers the ultimate holiday experience!

The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active holidaymakers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible playground in the Wohnpark.
