Welcome to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

This modern 2.5-room apartment with a stunning ocean view is situated right on Strandallee, in the heart of Scharbeutz. The town centre, with its many cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, is right on your doorstep, as is the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by lift. The bright and modern living room is furnished with a cosy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for four people. The open, fully equipped kitchen area—complete with a microwave, oven, and ceramic cooktop—rounds out the amenities. From the kitchen area, you can step out onto the covered balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. Here, you can relax and wind down the evening with a glass of wine.

The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV. From there, you also have access to the covered east-facing balcony. The additional, smaller bedroom features a bunk bed (0.90 x 1.90 m) for the children.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink; the toilet is located separately next door.

A parking space next to the house and a bike storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric car charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available for use in the building for a fee.
One dog is welcome! This is a non-smoking apartment.

On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from December 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna
. Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.



This family-friendly holiday home features an lift and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, expansive beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.

You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.

There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest car park at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
