The condo includes two bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower and master with walk in shower. Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee makers, air fryer and much more,. Rooftop heated pool overlooking the NO DRIVE BEACH. Very easy beach access. Park in the covered secure garage. Fitness Center. Family friendly environment. Many wonderful local restaurants nearby. Publix Walgreens CVS and retail shopping all without leaving the beachside. A great condo in great beach town!!! Emai for end of Summer Special Rates in July and August.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Our cleaning crew would appreciate gathering the used towels and starting them in the washer
Also helpful to strip the beds if possible !
Return keys and garage door openers to Moontide Rental office on first floor. If the office is closed there is a night drop by their door. Thanks !!!
