- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is available year-round for $150 per day plus tax. Pool heating must be requested at least 24–48 hours prior to arrival and is required to be charged for the entire duration of the stay.
- Please note that the pool and outdoor spa share the same heating system and cannot be heated simultaneously. The system can be set to either “Pool Mode” or “Outdoor Spa Mode” at any given time. When Outdoor Spa Mode is selected, the outdoor spa can be heated and enjoyed independently; however, the pool will not be heated during that time.
- The downstairs bedroom is connected to the indoor hot tub room by a door. This room is not recommended for guests sensitive to noises.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
