Newly built and recently completed (March 2023)<br><br>The house has 2 spacious floors. The ground floor features a large living room with high ceilings. The adjoining open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.<br><br>The ground floor also features a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has its own walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.<br><br>The upper floor features three additional bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with single box-spring beds (80x200). There is also a bathroom on this floor. It features a double sink, double shower, bathtub, and a toilet. <br>There is a sauna in the garden.<br><br>The glass facade at the back of the house offers a beautiful view of the garden and the dunes of Callantsoog. This also hints at the house’s location. The beach is within walking distance, and the centre of Callantsoog is just around the corner.
