The space
Step inside and you’re greeted by tall ceilings, original architectural details, and plenty of natural light that filters in from large windows. Living area: The living room provides a comfortable place to gather, watch a movie, play games, or simply relax after walking the city. High ceilings and tall windows make the space feel open and airy.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to cook as much or as little as you like, from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners.
Laundry: In-unit laundry makes any stay easy.
Outdoor spaces
One of the highlights is the two classic Victorian Southern porches on the upper level. It’s a natural extension of your living area—a place to read, sip coffee, chat, or watch the neighborhood slowly come to life under the moss-draped oaks. One in the front and one in the back of the house.
A shared backyard where you can get a bit of green space without leaving home, with a sitting area.
Reserved parking spaces (2) on the property, offering a big advantage in Savannah’s historic neighborhoods and making arrivals and departures a breeze.
Guests have private access to the entire upper-level unit, including its porches and living spaces. You’ll use a dedicated entrance so you can come and go on your own schedule.
Must climb interior stairs to reach the second floor.
