The “Grachtenperle,” facing southwest with a magnificent canal view from the upper floor—second row from the Greetsiel Sieltief—is situated in a prime location in GREETSIEL, central yet quiet, on the edge of Greetsiel’s historic town centre. <br><br>From here, you can reach the idyllic harbour, the twin windmills, and the town centre—with its historic house facades and picturesque 17th-century alleys—in just a few minutes. There you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The Koppke, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby and within walking distance.<br><br>The holiday home has 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 90x2m each, + 2 single beds, 90x2m each), located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a second TV. The large skylight in the children’s room is equipped with a blackout blind, and the master bedroom has pleated blinds. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a toilet and washing machine. The shower has a low threshold. The shower room is tiled; the bedrooms are covered with click-lock vinyl flooring. <br><br>The ground floor, which overlooks the canal, is fully tiled and features underfloor heating. The large, light-filled living and dining area is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, egg cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. <br><br>There is a micro-hi-fi system with CD/MP3/USB, and the TV (satellite) is equipped with a CI slot. There is also a Blu-ray player.<br><br>An iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are provided in the house.
