Allergikerfreundliches Ferienhaus in Hilgenriedersiel

A wonderful, allergy-friendly Frisian-style house, completed in May 2018, offering every comfort and located near the natural swimming beach in Hilgenriedersiel with barrier-free access.

You’ll feel right at home here. The house features a modern kitchen equipped with high-quality Bosch appliances, including an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Cafissimo capsule machine, egg cooker, toaster, blender, and much more. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people. A tea set is provided for the traditional East Frisian tea ceremony.

The living area features a cosy corner sofa set and a Grundig TV with Smart TV connectivity, as well as a Blu-ray player, a Bluetooth-enabled stereo radio with a CD player, and an USB port. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth.

The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed featuring comfortable box-spring mattresses and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and another shower room.

All rooms can be darkened with electric exterior blinds, and privacy is also provided by pleated curtains.

A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the storage room. A cot and a high chair are also available free of charge in the house.

The south-facing terrace is furnished and equipped with a parasol, an awning, and a cosy beach chair. A pillar grill and grilling utensils are also provided. The garden is fenced, and 2 bicycles are available free of charge in the garden shed (at your own risk and without guarantee of continuous functionality).

The house comes with 2 parking spaces.

Pets are not allowed.

The neighbouring houses are called "Deichglück," "Nordperle," "Strandhaus Meeresluft," "Strandmeerchen," and "Stüürmanns Huus," should you need more space.

The holiday home is located in peaceful Hilgenriedersiel, a small coastal village on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Surrounded by green meadows and dikes, guests can enjoy a relaxed and natural atmosphere here. The charming sandy beach of Hilgenriedersiel is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers a sweeping view of the Wadden Sea—ideal for long walks and birdwatching. Nearby towns such as Nessmersiel and Dornumersiel offer restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities. An ideal retreat to experience the tranquility of East Frisia and its maritime charm.

For this house, the minimum stay outside of peak holiday seasons is 5 nights.
