Cozy Piece of Paradise

Peaceful, cozy, newly renovated cottage with 100 feet of private lakefront property. This sweet cottage is surrounded on two sides by state land and on the other side by tall pine trees. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake. A fire pit is also on-site. Great place for vacation offering kayaking, fishing, swimming, a fire pit, and hiking trails nearby. If you like pickleball or tennis, there are free outdoor courts within 10 miles.It also has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, and toaster oven.

I bought the cottage several years ago to use in the summer. I loved how peaceful, quiet, and private the setting is. In fact, we loved the area so much that we purchased a year-round house just down the road. We then decided to update the cottage and share it with others as a vacation rental.

Why they chose this property

All our neighbors are so friendly and helpful, and have become very much like family.

What makes this property unique

This little cottage is unique in the privacy it offers. It has 100 feet of private waterfront, state land on two sides, and a tall row of pine trees on the remaining side. It also sits on almost an acre of land.
