With a stunning mirror lake
Surrounded by NYS lands!
Cool off in the summer and snowmobile in the winter all the way to Canada!
Hike all year round
We provide two kayaks for use but no motor boating allowed.
We also have a six person Raft, a civilian version of the Militaries Zodiac Commando raft
Connect with family and friends!

A pvt Lake in a limited community, surrounded by woods and 5,000 NYS lands across the road
walking trails are at the top of the hill on the left
Snowmobile Trails to Canada are at the top of the hill straight ahead!
(these trails are not plowed in the winter...do not attempt to drive on any unplowed trails)

The lake belongs to all neighbors
The part of the lake that belongs to me is for use for swimming or fishing
and kayaking if kayaking the lake as a whole only linger on our property

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Add a detergent pod to the dishwasher and press start one hour before check out
Load the washing machine with used sheets If lots of laundry start a wash one hour before check out detergent is in the half bath
No food should be left inside the cabinets Cookies crackers even dry pasta or bags of sugar or flour Please use the outside garbage bins especially If you have cooked food as trash, always outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
