Unfortunately, this apartment cannot accommodate babies or toddlers under 3 years of age.

The spacious layout includes a total of two rooms. In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet that offers plenty of room for your belongings, while the cosy living room, featuring an armchair and a comfortable, inviting sofa area, is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Privacy screens on all windows, along with lovingly selected details such as books in the living area, create a cosy atmosphere.

The separate kitchen features a dining table for shared meals. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped: a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are at your disposal. Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are provided for you.

The comfortable and spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower, mirror cabinet, sink, window, and a hair dryer. The separate toilet, complete with a small sink, is located in the adjacent room.

From here, you’ll enjoy a lovely view of the Langeoog water tower. In addition, a well-maintained garden is available for shared use and invites you to linger outdoors. The property is designated as a non-smoking accommodation and offers free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected throughout your holiday. A modern TV provides entertainment, complemented by a radio and a small selection of books.
