Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull on front door handle while pressing the lock button, until you hear " door locked".
Please thoroughly wash all used dishes,utensils,pots and pans. Leave in drying rack. Please hang all used towels on hooks in bathroom. Please make sure umbrella on deck is closed if used.
Put bagged trash in black trash can. Please no loose food or trash. Please bag recyclables and place in blue recyclables can. Close all shades and curtains. Place patio cushions in sunroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was very cute and clean. We enjoyed our time floating on the lake and soaking up some sun. Communication with the host was great. He was quick to respond to questions. The neighbors were friendly. The only issue we had was the grill was charcoal and we didn't have any charcoal to start it, but we just ended up cooking our meal inside. We had a great time!

Good morning I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for leaving our home in great condition. We don't normally supply charcoal for guest, however if you were to ever return for another visit charcoal could be provided. Our lake is a gem. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your summer.
