About this property

Fully renovated cottage in amenity rich waterfront community - Angola By The Bay

Welcome to our fully remodeled 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath cottage with a large screen porch in Angola by the Bay. With a large community pool, playground, walking trails, crabbing dock, fishing pier, kayak launch, basketball, tennis, and bocce ball courts, you will find plenty to do without even leaving the neighborhood. When you do decide to venture out, we are just a short drive from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henelopen State Park, and the Tanger outlets.

Our cottage has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and includes the use of 2 bikes, boogie boards, and 6 pool passes. A ramp provides easy access to the house through the screen porch in addition to the front entrance. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics for cooking your favorite meals, and the large screen porch is the perfect place to enjoy dinner together and watch a beautiful sunset.

This peaceful retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Just a reminder, no smoking or pets allowed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash Day is Tuesday. If you are staying over Monday night, please roll the green bin to the curb Monday night.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children under the age of 18 shall not be out in the community areas between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am unless accompanied by an adult.
Vehicles - Off street vehicles such as golf carts are not permitted. Guest vehicles must be parked within the driveway of the property.
Fireworks and open fires are not permitted.

My sister and I were visiting family in the area, and this cute cottage was a great place to come home to everyday. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the screen porch for relaxing and having meals. Would definitely stay again.

This was exactly what we were looking for a quiet beach get-away just close enough to the beaches (20 min) but far enough to get away from the hustle and crowds. The community was great for walking, had wonderful pools for adults and a great kiddie area. The house was clean, newly renovated, and had all necessary appliances and kitchen/bathroom supplies. Check in was easy and we received contact information a few days in advance of our stay. Highly recommend staying!

This home met all of our expectations and more. All of the basic necessities are provided for you. One of our favorites was the screened porch, where I spent every morning enjoying my coffee and listening to nature. The hosts are amazing as well! We needed help with something and Brian stopped by within a very reasonable amount of time to help. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very friendly. We would definitely return to the cottage again!

We wanted a rental close enough to Lewes Delaware to be convenient but also convenient to other beaches like Rehoboth and Evan Ocean City. This cottage fit the bill! We are a family of five and had plenty of room in the cottage for when we were not at the beach. The host was responsive to a few questions that we had and answering the phone immediately. The house was clean and well stocked with the little things that you need like soap, shampoo towels etc. Also some extra Beach gear was available. Would definitely recommend this rental!
