We walked in and my husband stood in the center of the great room and declared that this was the absolute best VRBO we've ever rented! Wonderful layout, spacious rooms, easy to jump in the pool and read a book in the cozy alcove, walk to Tigertail Beach, and ride a bike to Ori's for a delicious croissant and cappuccino. We prepared most of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen which even sported a slow-cooker for corned beef and cabbage on Saint Patty's Day. The house is well-stocked with Stretchtite, aluminum foil, baggies etc making it easy to pack a lunch and head to the beach. Lastly, our lovely host Sandy was great to communicate with, promptly responded to our questions, and offered wonderful restaurant suggestions and other helpful tips. We had a fantastic month in the paradise that is Marco Island. Sandy was so easy to work with, and responded promptly to all our questions before, during, and after our stay. The home was everything we hoped it would be and more! Clean, well-appointed, spacious and gorgeous. The heated pool was great to relax in. We truly enjoyed our stay at 411 Cottage Ct. The house was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. There was a generous supply of towels, bed linens and all manner of kitchen ware. The physical layout worked well for our family of six, plenty of space inside, bedrooms were a generous size and the pool deck was an ideal spot for a quiet coffee in the morning and for watching the evening sunsets. The comfortable indoor furniture was well maintained and the ample outdoor furnishings looked like they were new. The house is on a quiet street with a nice sized pool overlooking the canal and is within walking distance to Tigertail beach. Bicycles and beach gear were found in the garage and much appreciated. I can’t think of another item that our family could have needed that wasn’t included in this house. Our host was very attentive and responsive to our questions to ensure that our family vacation was fun and problem free…which it was! Currently week one of our two month retreat from the cold winter weather up north. Can’t say enough about the amenities offered. From the comfortable living/kitchen area to the spacious master suite to the tranquil pool area listening to the waterfall with morning coffee. Sandy has been a gracious host with lots of suggestions of things to do on and off the island. We look forward to the rest of our time and daily walks on Tigertail Beach. Truly a special place! 411 Cottage Court was a wonderful place to winter for the first 4 months of 2023. The house is well laid out with two bedrooms on one side of the open living area and the main bedroom and an office off the foyer on the other side of the great room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and spices. (A real bonus when renting.) There was also cleaning supplies, extra light bulbs and paper products in the closets. Outside, the pool and lanai are beautiful with plenty of comfortable furniture and a grill. The house, garage, and outdoor areas are all immaculate and well maintained. The owner is gracious and very responsive to the minor problems that arose. This is a five star home and perfect for a multi-generational vacation. Sandy McMahon Feb 2023
