Lovely, spacious unit. We had direct view of the beach from the balcony. There were several beach items available to us, including chairs, wagon, and beach towels. We had a few maintenance issues, including lack of hot water and clogged drains. Host responded quickly and everything was resolved.

Great beach front condo

This spacious beach front condo was perfect for our family of 5. Steps to the beach, 2 pools, pickle ball courts. Lots of beach gear- chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys and a wagon to haul it all. It is walking distance to several restaurants and mini golf. We will definitely come back.

Spring Break 2025

Our family spring break vacation on Marco Island was an absolute delight! The beaches were pristine, with soft white sand and clear blue waters that provided a perfect backdrop for relaxing days in the sun. The island offered a variety of family-friendly activities, from shell collecting and dolphin watching to parasailing and paddleboarding. Our accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located near great dining options, where we enjoyed fresh seafood and local cuisine. Our Stay at Somerset

The unit was lovely and well-equipped. My only suggestions: -Utilize the lock box instead of having to use the key. Keys are a real issue at Somerset with the locks being on the gates to get in and out of the lower level of the building as well as locks on the beach access gates. It's a lot to keep track of with a larger group! -The rental agreement says to wash the towels the night before. This was not possible, they had to be washed the morning of and were not dry by the time we left. However, it didn't seem like it was an issue for housekeeping. -Perhaps leave a few more bathroom supplies - soap and TP - it was the bare minimum. Other than those minor things our stay was great and we would stay again!

Another great stay at Somerset

This is our 4th VRBO at different units in the Somerset building on Marco Island. It's a great place with 2 nice pools, elevators, and large rooms. This unit had a large wrap around balcony (west & north) and a 2nd balcony off the master facing (North/East). The carpet wore and the family room furniture is old, but everything else is updated including recent kitchen & bath remodels. Most importantly the beach is great and their is a nice sandy bottom directly offshore. There are always shells washing up, so some beach sections are crushed shells, but it's beautiful.

Wonderful Beach Trip with Family

We loved our stay at Somerset! It was perfect for our family. Everything was very accessible….no waiting on elevators, easy access to awesome beach wagon and chairs. It was a very short distance to the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and my 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool. The condo had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch there. We were close to plenty of restaurants for dinner. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely return! Thanks for an awesome family beach trip!

Great Location. Perfect spot on the island. Condo could use some updating. Front two bedrooms mattresses were almost unsleepable. Furniture in front bedroom is broken. Closet doors need repairing. Hall bathroom tub does not drain. Carpeting stained. Cabinets in kitchen broken and parts in Master Bedroom closet. WIFI only works if you are standing within 20 feet of the router. All walls need fresh pain. All that being said, will probably be back. The building is exceptional and it's location on "the strip" is perfect. The views from the wraparound balcony are stunning! An expensive unit but the 3 BR/3 BA are perfect, as is the location. Could be an exceptional rental with some TLC. Thank you. We had a great time.

Amazing view!!

This condo is set up well and has amazing views!! The wrap around balcony is so expansive and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a plus and the kitchen was well equipped. We would highly recommend this unit.
