The front door in the living room leads you to the front porch, which is the perfect spot to wrap in a wool blanket and sip morning coffee.

--->LOFT/SLEEPING AREA: Head up the wood ladder to the open loft, but please use both hands. You will be pleasantly surprised to find a cozy queen sized bed on one side, and 3 twin beds on the other. Why they chose this property

The cabin is located off a dead end dirt road with very few residents. It's out of town, but only a 10 minute drive to St. Helen, Prudenville, and West Branch. We are also only 5 minutes from I-75.

What makes this property unique

Little Cabin On the Meadow is a one-of-kind experience. It is tastefully decorated with animal mounts and hides from my family's personal collection and hunts. We have filled the small space with antiques and unique furnishings to create that relaxed Northern Michigan atmosphere.

This cabin sets the scene for the ultimate screen free trip where you will spend quality time connecting to the landscape. From the moment you arrive, fresh air greets you on your hike, already setting the tone for unplugged moments.

Whether you're bonfiring in the backyard, playing croquet in the front yard, or sipping coffee on the front porch, you're sure to unwind and relax here.

Winter offers vast views of the clear night sky, perfect for star gazing from the loft windows. Tuck into the coziness as you sit in front of the fireplace and treat yourself to a reading retreat.

Spring at the cabin is about renewal. Witness the lupine shock the landscape with their purple stalks. The birds are back from the south and nest nearby, filling the morning air with their happy chorus. The frogs cannot be left out; let them sing and chirp you to sleep.

Summer in the meadow is overwhelming. Your eye simply doesn't know which flower it finds the most beautiful. The days are long, which affords more time outside connecting to nature. Grill up dinner on the back porch, and enjoy it at the outdoor table by the bonfire.

Fall is short, so don't miss it. The trees put on their best show in red, yellow, and orange. The nights are crisp and perfectly spent around the bonfire. S'mores and apple cider anyone?
