we are 1/4 mile from Sullivan Beach and boat launch on Houghton Lake. 5 minutes to trails that lead you to Leota, St.Helen, West branch and more. Enjoy year round fun on Houghton lake. Hang out in the game room or just relax at the fire pit and enjoy the sounds of nature, very private with lots of room for parking. Pets are always welcome and there is a 50.00 pet fee.

Wonderful little place in the woods! The trails around the property were magical; we loved seeing the deer, frogs and other wildlife! Property is very close to stores and restaurants so there is plenty to do there in the Houghton Lake area.

The interior decor is very cute and really comfortable. The surrounding property is huge with a peaceful forest and a nice fire pit area. It's a very pet friendly place and even has a fenced in yard. We loved the nearby walking trails.

We had a lovely weekend! Everything was as described. Lots and lots of cute touches throughout the house that we appreciated. The little fenced in area for the dog was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The property is very quiet and private, yet still very close to stores and restaurants. The fenced in yard was very nice for our dogs. The beds were comfortable. The cabin is very clean. The shower would be difficult for anyone who can't climb up a large step to get into it, although there is a grab bar that is helpful. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. The street it is on is actually a dirt driveway, so we drove past it twice. Third time was the charm. There was not a street sign, but there is a rectangular sign that says, "4 Season Ranch." I will post a picture of the sign where you turn in off the main road. I would stay here again the next time we are in Houghton Lake. Thank you so much!
