Take all food garbage to the blue-topped garbage bin under the front deck. Clean yard of any dog or cat droppings.
Be sure to check washers and dryers for any of your laundry. Be sure all water faucets in the house are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters are responsible for cleanliness of the rental. There are no linen or maid services available. Pets MUST be supervised and cleaned up after.
Host will explain to Renter(s) neighborhood rules regarding the wording of the short-term rental agreement.

Finding a place that would accommodate our needs was not easy, which is why it was amazing to find this rental. We have a mid-sized dog that is mostly blue-heeler and, while well-behaved, not exactly a dog that is kennel-trained or stranger-friendly. We also we traveling with three small grandchildren.The fenced yard allowed the dog to play outside, and the family got to make a couple of day trips to both the Tillamook cheese factory and the Aquarium in Newport. The beach is about a 3-minute drive and even walkable if you are younger than myself. The host was friendly and the kids even got a surprise of brownies.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood for the tranquility, for its ocean view, and for the friendly neighbors. I am happy about being two blocks from Safeway, and 1/2 mile from the hospital. I am one block from the Casino.

All-new construction, new furnishings, and REAL bed for up to 12 people (no pull-outs, sofa beds, or futons). A truly private entrance and yard, and outdoor seating. The sunroom/living room sparkles.
