Thanks to its central yet relaxed surroundings, the apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday for two.<br>The Warnemünde lighthouse and the Teepott are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is also just a short walk away. The nearby Alte Strom, with its numerous shops, restaurants, and fishing boats, invites you to stroll around year-round—fresh fish sandwiches straight from the boat included. Throughout the year, events and sailing competitions add to the maritime holiday atmosphere.<br>All essential amenities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity: a bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, bike rental, restaurants, small shops, as well as the beach and promenade are all within easy walking distance.<br>The approximately 26 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained building on Anastasiastraße. It features a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen TV, a functional kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You also have access to the garden, which features seating. This non-smoking apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of two people.<br>Important Notes:<br>• The visitor’s tax is charged separately at the currently applicable rate.<br>• Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price.<br>• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.<br><br><br>The price for the first night includes the final cleaning and booking fees, as well as the initial provision of one set each of bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel. <br>On behalf of the tourism and spa authorities, the spa tax is calculated as follows: <br>Adults: €3.70 per day; reduced rate: €1.45. The reduced visitor’s tax applies to children and adolescents aged 6 through 14, as well as to people with a degree of disability (GdB) of 50 or higher. Children up to age 5, business travellers, and people with a GdB of at least 80 are exempt from the visitor’s tax. For individuals with a GdB of 100, accompanying persons are also exempt from the visitor’s tax. The spa tax includes a mobility fee of 1.45 €. This entitles the holder to free use of public transport within the Warnow Transport Association’s service area, with the exception of the Molli spa train and the Warnow ferries.
