Appartement 10 - Villa San Remo

Our Apartment 10 on the 2nd floor was renovated in the winter of 2024–25 and now shines in new splendour. At approximately 33 square metres, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay for up to 3 people. The new, modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

After enjoying dinner together at the dining table for three, you can wind down the evening on the new, cosy sofa. The sofa can be quickly converted into a sleeping area for a third guest.

The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) for a restful night’s sleep and offers plenty of storage space for your clothes in the closet.

The natural-light bathroom, also freshly renovated, is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, and a hair dryer—ideal for a great start to the day.

From the living room, you can step out onto your furnished balcony (north-facing) for even more open space.

Wi-Fi and a parking space are, of course, included in the price. For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a high chair free of charge upon request. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we cannot provide a cot. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Centrally located and close to the beach, our seaside villa on the sunny island of Usedom is the ideal place for you to relax. From the very first day of your holiday, the cosy and modern furnishings of the house will ensure your relaxation. In Germany’s sunniest region, we offer 12 flexibly bookable and renovated apartments for 2 to 4 people. We’ve also got you covered for getting around: parking spaces right next to the building and lockable bicycle storage are available free of charge.

Apartments 1, 2, and 3 were tastefully modernised in 2022, and apartments 5 through 12 were modernised in 2025. Apartment 4 underwent a partial renovation in 2025.

In apartments 1–5, 7, and 8, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee. The dog beach is located just 800 metres away towards Bansin.

Experience the healthy seaside climate, stroll along the lively beach promenade or through beautiful nature reserves, and enjoy the unique seaside resort architecture of the Kaiserbad. Visit the Heringsdorf pier, which is within walking distance, and the Usedom Baltic Sea Spa is also just a few kilometres away.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
