Just a few hundred metres from the beach promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this quietly situated apartment is located in one of Binz’s most exclusive areas. Here, you can go for a walk, cool off in the ocean, or simply relax and unwind.

The spa gardens with the Haus des Gastes, the Binz pier, and the town centre with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

You can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement for a fee.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

Our cosy 3-room apartment accommodates 4 people.
In addition to the living area with an open-concept kitchen and the bedroom with a double bed and TV, there is another bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people.


The open kitchen, integrated into the living/dining area, leaves nothing to be desired and creates a cosy atmosphere. The living area features a comfortable sofa corner with a TV as well as a dining area. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and freezer space, glasses, silverware, and small appliances are, of course, also provided.

The first bedroom features a double bed, a closet, and a TV. You can access the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa for two people and a closet.

The apartment features a large shower room with a window.

A worthwhile first destination is the pier, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. The town centre and the nearest shopping options are also nearby. The seaside resort of Binz, the largest on Rügen, is located on the eastern side of the holiday island, directly on Prorer Wiek Bay.
