The "Sonne 3" holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the "Sonnenhaken" building. The building is on Goebenstraße and has an lift. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The North Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options are also just a short walk away.

The apartment is modernly furnished. The bedroom features a double bed that sleeps up to two people. Additionally, up to two more guests can sleep on the sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) in the living room. The living area features a smart TV, and the closets are equipped with interior lighting. A highlight of the apartment is the approximately 7-square-meter balcony. It faces south and is set back from the street. There is also a sauna available for use by inserting coins (shared). The shared washing machine and dryer also require coins to operate.
