The "Rotter/Seelord 27" holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the "Seelord" building, which is situated directly on West Beach. The apartment offers approximately 54 square metres of space and can accommodate up to 2 people.

Apartment No. 27 faces the lake and features one of the largest terraces in the building. From the terrace, you have a direct view of the lake. The two-room apartment is comfortably furnished.
