It is located on the 4th floor (30 m³) and is easily accessible by elevator.
The living room, featuring an open kitchen, a separate dining area, and a comfortable sofa set, is the perfect place to relax.
The kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with a microwave with grill, a Senseo coffee maker, a coffee machine, and a kettle.
The bathroom with shower has been recently renovated. The hallway is equipped with a coat rack and a shoe and luggage cabinet.
The separate bedroom is furnished with box-spring beds and a wardrobe.
The building features a sun terrace with a lounge area on the 9th floor, offering a magnificent view of Horumersiel and the North Sea coast.
The first floor features a swimming pool, elevators, a reception desk, and a ground-level bike storage room (subject to availability) within the building.

The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. (House Rules)
A three-minute walk takes you to the charming town center of Horumersiel, with cozy shops, ice cream parlors, cafés, and restaurants.
In five minutes, you can reach the beach and the spa administration building with its saltwater bath and sauna area. There are plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful Wangerland region, whether by bike or on foot. Bus service runs directly from the town center to Jever, Wilhelmshaven, and other destinations.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available on-site, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the first floor. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry tokens are available at the front desk.
