Villa Meereswoge 02 - directly on the pier

The stylish Villa Meereswoge is located in a prime spot in the seaside resort of Bansin, right next to the pier. From this central location, the beach, promenade, shops, and restaurants are just a few steps away.

Apartment No. 2, measuring 100 square metres, is located on the lower ground floor of the house. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, it can accommodate up to four adults and one child for your holiday. Access to the apartment is via the villa’s exterior staircase. Once inside the house, you’ll then descend another flight of stairs.
Lovingly furnished, the living room features a comfortable sofa set, a TV, and a stereo system for your entertainment. A dining table with seating for six fits perfectly into the room’s layout. The kitchen is located in a separate room; it is fully equipped and features an additional dining table with chairs. There you’ll find a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, as well as other useful kitchen utensils. The apartment’s outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny days and relaxing evenings with the family. The terrace is not connected to the apartment but is accessible only from the outside via the villa’s garden.
The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed, a chest of drawers, and its own TV. The second bedroom also features a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom offers ample space for maximum comfort, is illuminated by natural light through a window, and is equipped with a toilet, sink, heated towel rack, shower, and bathtub.

For our youngest guests, the apartment provides a high chair and a travel cot with a mattress—though without linens—free of charge. You can park your car in a private parking space next to the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A lockable bike storage room is located in the villa.
