Hidden Springs Hideaway is a private studio-style retreat 2 m. south of Quitman, minutes from Lake Fork and Stitchin' Heaven. Covered parking, sleeps 4, full kitchen, large custom shower, WiFi, Smart TV, pet friendly, adjacent accessible shop accommodates boat/truck storage & charging. Convenient to fishing tournaments, quilting retreats, Canton First Monday Trade Days, restaurants, shopping, wineries, & outdoor recreation. Closest grocery store is Brookshires in Quitman, fueling also available there. Walmart is just 10 min away in Mineola. A laundromat is also available in Quitman. The building this studio is in is a 60'x100' former wood working shop. The studio was formerly the office built like an efficiency apartment with a large bathroom & oversized custom stone shower. Electric roll up doors at both ends of the shop to accommodate up to 2 trucks and boats for charging. Inside the shop is a long custom cedar work bench for preparing fishing gear. Exterior lighting lights up around the building. A 20'x 100' canopy alongside the building to entrance to the apartment. Canopy can also accommodate a boat for charging via exterior outlet while still on the truck. Guests can use the center of the shop for parking and a cedar work table built along the west side inside and around the building where there is a crushed concrete base. Access to the shop interior via a wooden door from inside the apartment. Through that door, is a light switch to interior of the shop on wall at left. Electric buttons to raise the roll up doors are by each door. Additional exterior walk-in door at north end of shop.
