Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Dierhagen-Strand,

Start your day with breakfast on the sunny balcony and let it come to a harmonious close with plenty of evening sun. You’ll find seating on 4 comfortable wicker chairs and a matching table.
From the spacious entryway, equipped with a coat rack and shoe cabinet, you’ll find the fully equipped living area on the left, featuring a high-quality built-in kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave/grill, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and bread maker—all of the highest quality. Of course, there are plenty of glasses, dishes, and silverware, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils.
In the living area, you can relax wonderfully on the pull-out corner/sleeper sofa combination (with plenty of storage space) featuring a chaise lounge. It can be converted into a guest bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) in just a few simple steps. 
With the flat-screen TV—which can be positioned flexibly—and the micro-stereo system (compatible with CD, iPod, iPhone, and iPad models, as well as USB), you can enjoy your stay even on less-than-ideal days.
The wood-burning stove in the living/dining area radiates cosy warmth on slightly colder days and creates a cosy atmosphere (starter pack of firewood not included).
The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a very spacious rain shower with a handheld showerhead, ample storage space, a sink area with a hair dryer, a lighted mirror, a large towel radiator with storage compartments, and a large, transparent, floating wall shelf.
The adjoining bedroom features a high-quality double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a three-door closet, and a chest of drawers. It also has a special sliding door with a pollen and fly screen for allergy sufferers. There is a mains isolator switch on the right-hand nightstand. This cuts off electrical fields and voltages, preventing harmful electromagnetic pollution so you can sleep peacefully and healthily!
On the two south-facing balconies, large awnings with pelmets at the front provide both sun protection and privacy.
The apartment is provided without bed linens or towels. These can be added to your reservation for 23.00 per person (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 sheet, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase).

The Sünnkieker holiday apartment is located directly behind the dunes on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea, in a beach villa completed in 2014. The wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and a beach chair is available free of charge. Of course, we also provide 3 free bicycles for your stay.
The two free parking spaces marked V5 and W6 are included with the apartment. 

The apartment has been furnished to ensure that all the amenities and comforts you’d expect from a top-rated holiday rental contribute to your well-being and optimal relaxation.

Unless appropriate charging infrastructure (wallbox) is available at the rental property and provided to guests by the landlord, charging electric vehicles and bicycles via standard household electrical sockets is prohibited. Please note that in the event of a violation, the user is liable for any damage caused to the house connection and the rental property and must reimburse the landlord for any electricity used without authorisation.
