Holiday Apartment 1.5 (71 square metres) is located on the ground floor and is a bright 3-room apartment with a balcony facing southwest. It features a separate small kitchen, and the dining area is integrated into the living area. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The balcony is directly accessible from the living area. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV, and the second with a single bed and a TV.
One pet is allowed upon request.
We have a storage room available for your bicycles. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (laundry room) for a fee.
All of our holiday apartments are non-smoking.

The prices for our holiday apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The modern Seehafen building is centrally located, right on the fishing harbor.The holiday apartments on the second floor and above offer a view of Harbour Basin II. The building features free Wi-Fi and an lift. Two of the holiday apartments allow one pet upon request. All apartments include a parking space; a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, and there is also a storage room for items such as bicycles at the rear of the building. Some apartments feature a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. There is a small playground right next to the building, and a large adventure playground is just a few minutes’ walk away. An extra bed is available in some apartments upon request for a fee.
