Breakers Reef is a prestigious community located ocean front on the north end of Litchfield by the Sea. This beautiful townhome will give you breathtaking views of the ocean, lake, pool and and dunes! Breakers Reef #5C offers three levels with the living area, Carolina room, large sundeck with outdoor dining area, indoor dining area and kitchen on the main floor. The carport has parking for 2 vehicles. There are also an outdoor shower and a covered patio area overlooking the fountain lake. Guests at Breakers Reef can enjoy exclusive use of the large oceanfront pool, and beautiful stone pathways winding around the lake out to the pool and beach as well as all the amenities offered at Litchfield by the Sea.

We had an amazing visit! The home accommodated our family perfectly. It was very clean, and the most beautifully furnished vacation home that we have ever stayed in. Super comfy beds. The location was great - beautiful oceanfront view and easy walk to the beach. We love the Litchfield by the Sea community and enjoyed all the amenities. We will be returning!
