Communication with host was easy and fast responding. Place was immaculate! Would definitely stay at this place again the next time we visit Colorado!

We enjoyed our stay at Brian's place very much. The space is large and comfortable. The location is excellent. Close to Olde Arvada and the most economical choice nearest to Golden. It is also close to downtown Denver. The remodeled basement apartment was very nicely done. The bathroom was great, shower excelent. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was minimal but worked and Brian was exceptional in responding to all our requests.If you are staying in the area and enjoy walking the Ralston Trail is very close by. There is a very nice park "Wolf Park" within walking distance. For longer stays I would suggest a coffee pot and toster or toster oven but the induction stove worked great. We would definitely stay again.
