Very beautiful agricultural estate "Hettegg Lehen", detached, renovated in 2023, surrounded by meadows and fields. Above Gries 4 km from the centre of Bruck an der Glocknerstrasse, 15 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 10 km from the lake, 8 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra), ski boot dryer. 1.2 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop "Gries Im Pinzgau Bahnhof" 7.7 km, railway station "Gries Im Pinzgau" 7.7 km. Cycle lane 500 m, skisport facilities 8 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 8 km, Maiskogel - Kitzsteinhorn 11 km, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 10 km.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wer die Ruhe sucht wird hier fündig. Wunderschönes, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Dazu noch herzliche Vermieter, die einem sofort das Gefühl geben willkommen zu sein. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine ein bisschen frühere Check in Zeit wäre toll, so könnte man auch schon den ersten Tag richtig ausnützen.

Sehr tolles Haus und gute Lage

Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie war außergewöhnlich herzlich und einladend. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen, als wir mit einem köstlichen, selbstgebackenen Brot begrüßt wurden – eine Geste, die ihre Aufmerksamkeit für Details und ihren Wunsch, uns einen besonderen Aufenthalt zu bieten, unterstrich. Die Familie war auch stets aufmerksam unseren Bedürfnissen gegenüber. Besonders erfreulich war es zu sehen, wie schnell sich die Kinder der Gastfamilie mit unseren eigenen Kindern anfreundeten.

Diese Unterkunft war ein Traum für uns. Es fehlte uns an nicht's, war mit allen erdenklichen ausgestattet ( vom Gasgrill, Geschirrspüler usw.) alles top. Die Einrichtung war super toll, alles neu und voll gemütlich. Wo findet man eine Almhütte, wo eine Regendusche vorhanden ist! Wir hatten sie. Das Grundstück war eingezäunt, somit konnten unsere Hunde, rein und rauss wann immer sie wollten. Ein weiteres Highlight war die bezaubernde Alleinlage, mit fantastischer Ausblick auf die Berge.
