The sizzlin sisters restraunt is located just down the street with all the best fixings. The water at the dock is seasonal - MAY - SEP 1st the water is at summer level. The water level drops during the fall/ winter making boat access not suitable during the fall/ winter.

Hi, Im cory and I'm a Louisville native. My wife, Lexie, is originally from Kentucky Lake. I enjoy playing golf. Lexie loves to thrift for antiques! The two of us find common ground in love for our dogs. Our rescue dog, Willow, is who inspired the name for this property! She is the cutest Pyrenees/Poodle mix you've ever seen!
Why they chose this property
We loved the quietness and safeness that the neighborhood provides. The dock, view and water access was an even better bonus. Located 0.7 miles and a 2 minute drive from the Sizzlin Sisters Lakeside Grill reassured us that no one would ever go hungry at this property. We love their pizza! Other notable landmarks near the neighborhood is Hesters Marina (1.7 mi), Fast Eddies (4.2 mi), Shawnee Bay (3.6 mi), Maggies jungle golf (16 mi), Kentucky Dam Golf course (18 mi)
What makes this property unique
This property has been a successful short term rental for many years now. When we saw it was for sale and that we had the opportunity to purchase a property in Lexies home town we were thrilled. But once we went to actually view the property we realized what the photos couldn't adequately show, and thats just how cozy it truly is. The open living/dining room area is inviting and spacious. We loved the ability to open the back door and walk out on the elevated deck and see the water. The trees provided the perfect shaded oasis. The concrete seating area with the fire pit and the porch swing had us locked in. We cannot wait for the memories that this space will create for us and so many others!
