The bright and cosy living and dining area is located on the ground floor. From here, you have direct access to the private garden with a patio and a stunning lake view. Here you’ll find garden furniture, a parasol, a grill, and a beach chair (available from May through September).
You can also enjoy this magnificent panoramic view from the living and dining room—whether from the spacious sofa, the cosy recliner, or the dining table. Choose your preferred entertainment via the SMART TV, the Sonoro sound system (internet and DAB radio, Bluetooth, CD player), and, of course, the free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. It includes an oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and a large fridge-freezer.
A guest bathroom with natural light and a storage room are also available on the ground floor.
Two of the three separate bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The one facing the lake offers a stunning lake view, as well as a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a comfortable armchair for relaxing, and ample storage space.
The second bedroom on this floor features two single beds (1.00 x 1.90 m).
The bathroom, which receives natural light, is well-equipped with a rain shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror cabinet.
In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a cosy reading nook, a built-in closet, and a skylight from which you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the lake.

Sellin is a charming Baltic Sea resort located on the island of Rügen in Germany. It is known for its historic buildings and its beautiful beach promenade. The Sellin pier is particularly impressive; it was built in 1906 and is now a popular photo spot. The pier extends 394 metres into the Baltic Sea and offers a spectacular view of the coast and the sea. In addition to the pier, Sellin also has other attractions. “Villa Vineta” is an imposing villa located at the entrance to the pier. It was built in the seaside resort architectural style and now houses a library and a restaurant. The “Sellin Amber Museum” is also worth a visit. It houses an impressive collection of amber pieces sourced from the surrounding area. Of course, Sellin’s beach is one of the main attractions for tourists. The fine sandy beach stretches for several kilometres and is a perfect place to relax and sunbathe.
