We had a wonderful stay at **Lake Houz** and would absolutely stay here again! The home is beautiful inside and out, and the views are phenomenal. The private lakefront dock was one of our favorite features, and the listing photos are exactly what you get.Leanne was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and very easy to work with. Check-in and check-out were simple, with no unreasonable checkout requests. We traveled with our two teenage boys and had plenty of space. They each had a queen bedroom on the third level while we enjoyed the king bedroom. With the additional bunk beds, this home would easily accommodate two families. The home is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the bathrooms included soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels for both indoors and the lake. The only thing we couldn't find was a hairdryer, but not a big deal.As noted in the listing, there are no kayaks or water toys, but **Get Boards** will deliver and pick up paddleboards and kayaks right at the house, which made enjoying the lake incredibly easy. Our only suggestion would be to provide an outdoor broom. The deck had some pollen, pine needles, and spider webs when we arrived, which is completely understandable in the mountains during summer, but it would have been nice to sweep it off before using it.Overall, this is a true **5-star property** with an amazing location. Highly recommended!
