This completely remodeled lakeside patio boosts a heated gazebo with mini fridge, warming drawer, built in Lion gas BBQ, state of the art Hot Spring jacuzzi and large custom gas fire pit overlooking a breathtaking lake view.

This charming lakefront cottage is located in one of Big Bear's finest neighborhoods. Nestled in the trees at the end of quiet Gilner Point on Metcalf Bay, the home is situated on one of the best view lots on the lake with beautiful sunsets. A private hot tub is available for relaxing after a day on the lake or the slopes. Deep water boat dock for aquatic adventures with ski slopes only a few minutes away. A snow play park and cross country skiing is nearby. Large level property.

The comfortable and inviting great room has spectacular lake views with beautiful sunsets. There is a new large flat screen TV and a comforting gas fireplace. A fully stocked kitchen looks out on to the lake and includes: pots and pans, dishware, Keurig coffeemaker and a 5 cup and 12 cup coffeemaker, coffee grinder, microwave, gas range, fridge and dishwasher.

Play games at the large dining room table with panoramic views of the lake and mountains while enjoying the ambiance of lakefront mountain living.

A sun room is located off the great room and can be used to enjoy the views or sleeping on those warm summer nights.

There is a large deck overlooking the private 80 ft. lakefront with sandy beach and fantastic boating. This home offers one of the best fishing locations on the lake. Bring your boat, jet ski or rent a pontoon boat from nearby Holloway’s Marina. The dock is not available during the winter months.

The home is located 3.9 miles (11 minutes) from Snow Summit Ski Resort and 1.56 miles (5 minutes) from the Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain.

The large master bedroom is located off the great room and has a small private bathroom. Cuddle up on the loveseat and read a book in privacy.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed located on the lake with a private entrance to the large lakeside deck and spectacular lake views.

The third bedroom has 2 twin sized beds.

This property is stunning and has amazing access and views of Big Bear Lake! Lorri, the owner, definitely has pride in her property and ensures that all your needs are met before your arrival and during your stay. This cottage is in the perfect location! The lake views are beautiful. The host has thought of everything. Communication is top tier. We needed to contact her during our stay she responded quickly, solved our problems. The attention to detail…. A towel folded into and elephant…… definitely coming back.

This was the most incredible place. Lorri really goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you are at your home. Every detail is carefully thought out as to what would feel most like being at home from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the appliances even. She personally calls you to welcome you to her home and then walks you through all the spectacular features. It is on the lake with amazing views but close enough to town to pick up any items you need. It was wonderful to make our own breakfast and sit on the upper deck and eat while watching the activity on the lake. I highly recommend this rental and we plan to book it again.

The perfect cabin

We’ve stayed in big bear since I was a child and this cottage was just what we were looking for. Location was quiet-traveling with young kids they took their naps without any interruption and we got to enjoy the jacuzzi and lake views! The property was immaculately cleaned and check in was a breeze! We can’t wait to come visit again!

Great Vacation Spot!

This is a beautiful house on Metcalf Bay, minuted from the village and right around the corner from Halloway Marina. We loved our time here and look forward to coming back, the views are amazing and the dock, hot tub and fire pit are huge pluses. I had an amazing 50th birthday here and really enjoyed the spring mountain weather.

Paradise found in Big Bear!

What an amazing weekend we had staying at this beautiful property. Lorri's attention to detail shows throughout the interior and exterior of this home and the amenities make this the best rental we have ever stayed in at Big Bear. The outdoor heated cabana was a life saver on a chilly weekend and allowed us to spend a significant amount of time outdoors when we wouldn't have been able to otherwise. We definitely plan to come back in the warmer months to utilize the outdoor, resort style amenities the home offers. Truly worth every penny and we can't wait to return!!

Great Spot In Big Bear

This is a wonderful lakefront property. We had a great time staying here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Big Bear especially if you want to stay right on the lake. Loved sitting outside every morning around the fire pit drinking my coffee. Just beautiful.
