This large and very spacious villa is located in a very quiet urbanization within a cul-de-sac, about 900 m from CALA LES URQUES. Nearby there are 2 restaurants, tennis courts (walking distance), and the port of Puerto Blanco with a small sandy beach and an exclusive restaurant.
The house is oriented to the south-east and you have a beautiful view from all rooms and terraces. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a radius of 1-2 km.
The 200 square meter house in 2 floors has on the upper floor (main apartment) 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom/toilet with shower and whirlpool en suite, 1x shower/toilet en suite, 1 guest toilet, a large living room, dining room, large kitchen and a covered terrace.
