A fantastic Villa

A great, well equipped villa, from the gas BBQ to towels and air conditioning everything is sorted for you and Inma is easily contactable to answer any questions.

Amazing views. Curvy drive up the mountain. Gentle slopes. Beautiful area. Spacious villa. Wifi a bit laggy. Property manager very helpful and responsive. Bigger fridge with freezer in kitchen would be helpful. However not a problem at all. Full size fridge and freezer by washing machine. Worked out fine.Pool is great when u have warm weather. You’d have a hard time leaving the villa on a hot sunny day.

This was our 2nd time at this villa. The views are beautiful, the villa and pool are lovely and clean. Inma, who meets you with the keys is a lovely lady. Only downside was the swimming pool light not working so we couldn’t stay out in the pool later on. We will be back again next year for sure.

Amazing views and beautiful private pool

We had the best 2 weeks holiday. The villa is beautiful and clean. The pool is the perfect size. Views are amazing. The agent was lovely and polite. We will be back next year

Villa howard

The only downside of staying here is that you have to leave. Fabulous house with everything you need at hand. Great communication with host. Lovely quiet area with impressive views. Air con very welcome. Marina shopping centre close by and 25 mins will find you at gorgeous beaches. Would highly recommend.

Great pool

Really lovely villa with a great pool and view. Inma was brilliant, met us at the villa late on the Saturday evening- we were late due to issues picking up the car hire. Definitely need a car and nothing really walkable. We ready enjoyed our break

September holiday

We were a family of 4. Perfect for a week’s holiday. Bbq for cooking in the summer heat. Lovely property and excellent communication with the owner and agent who meets you.

Beautiful place - we enjoyed so much!

Very beautiful and clean Villa. A perfect pool with sunbeds, parasol and everything. Nice bedrooms and kitchen with all you need. Quiet place but near to shopping center and 15 minutes drive to Denia and beaches. Perfect contact to owner and local manager. Very friendly and always willing to help. We will come back maybe next year. Defintely recommended for families. Thank you for the great time!

Relaxing and Tranquil

The house was excellent, and just as described. The pool and balcony area provided a fantastic view of the surrounding area, and was such a lovely place to relax and soak up the sun. The area around the house was quiet both during the day and at night Inma was really helpful and was invaluable in finding the house given our late arrival time. A car is essential, and the villa is well situated for visits to many of the costal resorts. A large modern shopping centre is less than 15 minutes away . Highly recommended

A gem in the mountains

Had a wonderful 2 week stay in Villa Howard. A very quiet location, well-appointed villa and comfortable home for a fortnight. Despite the temperature being very hot, there was plenty of shade on the terrace. We had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday and revisit some of our favourite places around La Sella. Our agent, Inma, was very helpful and we didn't really have to bother her too much! The pool was a welcome cool-off place for us and we spent so much time in it! The main measure, is that we would happily stay here again. Many thanks Peggy

Absolute Relaxation in Villa Howard.

It was a great 14 days of relaxation for me and my family. A great house with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom and an extra passage to the terrace and pool. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. In the living area there is a TV with DVD player and 25 DVDs as well as various board games for fun in between. There is also an air conditioner here. There is a large fridge/freezer downstairs in the utility room. We wished a bit he would be at the top. So you always have to walk for the ice cubes, but that's how you keep moving. The pool is great. In the evening you can turn on the lights. We were still in the pool at 2am and in the morning we enjoyed our coffee in the pool and looked over to Pedreguer. Great view. The pool cleaner comes every 2 days and takes care of it. Denia is about 15 minutes drive from the house. The house is located in the urbanization La Sella, the way to the house is a bit like a labyrinth at the beginning, eventually you figured it out. Considering booking again for next year 2024. It's a shame we had to leave this wonderful place. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Inma la persona que nos recibió, fue encantadora y nos ayudó en todo momento, ya que la televisión no funcionaba y no era smart TV y nos trajeron otra a los dos días, nos hizo saber donde estaban las basuras y cualquier duda que teníamos nos las respondía enseguida.Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la casa, en persona es mucho más bonita que en las fotos, la zona de la piscina tiene de todo y es genial, tienes aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. La casa tiene parking pero no podíamos entrar pero en la calle de entrada al parking pudimos dejar los dos coches sin problema.Hay una tienda en la urbanización, una farmacia y un restaurante todo en la misma zona pero desde la casa hay 40 minutos andando. La zona es súper tranquila no se escucha absolutamente nada, no le falta detalle a la casa y seguro que repetiremos.

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit sind sehr sehr gut und ich putze sonst eigentlich immer wenn ich in einer Ferienwohnung ankommen. Auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles sehr sauber. Wir haben von der ersten Minute an den Urlaub genießen können, dafür bedanken wir uns von ganzem Herzen. Sicher werden wir diese Ferienwohnung nochmal mieten!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in en bij het huis.Ondanks dat we veel op pad waren was het bij het huis prettig om te zijn.Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit.De intake van Inma was goed.Rustige ligging op de berg met mooi uitzicht. Zeker aan te raden.

Vielen Dank für das tolle Ferienhaus. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen immer gern wieder.

Der Aufenthalt und auch der Check in und Check Out war perfekt. Auch bei Fragen zwischendurch stand uns die Hausverwalterin per Telefon oder WhatsApp zur Seite.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war einfach spitze. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine schöne Größe, eines der Zimmer sogar ein eigenes Bad. In den Kleiderschränken sind Handtücher für Pool oder Strand, welche genutzt werden können.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für den Pool, der eine super Größe hat, sind Luftmatratze, Ring und vieles mehr vorhanden.

Een fantastische en complete vakantie!

Het huis was precies zoals op de website vermeld en het ontbrak ons aan niets! De heerlijke ruime tuin met het zwembad, het gemak van een wasmachine en een hele grote koelkast zijn ideaal met een gezin. Ook de 2e badkamer was heel fijn. Wij kunnen niets bedenken dat verbeterd zou kunnen worden. Echt een top huis! Contact met vragen ging ook heel soepel! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en wij bevelen dit huis van harte aan. Wij zijn hier 2 weken geweest, met 3 kinderen (16-19-20). Prachtig uitzicht, heel rustgevend. Ruim voldoende strandlakens/handdoeken aanwezig.

Semana perfecta

Hemos estado una semana en la casa, 2 adultos y 1 niño de 7 años. La casa es perfecta, la comunicación con Inma perfecta, la situación de la casa estupenda, buena urbanización. Limpieza 10/10, hay de todo en la casa. La nevera grande con congelador esta en un cuarto abajo, unos 10 escalones, nada engorroso pero bueno saberlo. Volveremos en cuanto podamos.

Juillet 2023

Inma nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible pendant notre séjour, la maison est très propre. pas de chance la machine à laver est tombé à notre arrivée . Piscine très agréable et bien orientée. L'accès à la maison n'est pas très aisé en voiture mais rien d'insurmontable.
