The spacious kitchenette in the living room offers all the comforts you need, including a dishwasher, oven, stove top, and includes a good basic supply of dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils, as well as a kettle, drip coffee maker, coffee filters, tea towels/cleaning rags, dish soap, and trash bags. The large living area features a fold-out sofa and a dining table attached to the kitchen. The fold-out sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa for an additional person. The extra bedroom is equipped with a double bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, which gets natural light, has a walk-in shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.

It all started with an old farmhouse dating back to 1906. We had two options: either tear it down and let a chapter of history come to an end, or rebuild it, restore and renovate everything, and continue writing that chapter a little further. We chose the latter and look forward to having you visit us and join us on our journey.

With a great deal of love, we’ve transformed the old farmstead into a place of connection—with so much tradition, passion, and history, a single visit will never be enough.

Our new, fully renovated holiday apartments offer plenty of space for the whole family to spend a few cosy days in the rural idyll of Franconian Switzerland. With great attention to detail, the apartments have been furnished to be both comfortable and modern. 

Our new Café Frau Kunni is located in the farm’s former cowshed—a blend of old and new awaits you! There, you can enjoy breakfast on Fridays and Saturdays during opening hours and savour our homemade cakes and pies… come see for yourself! 

In the summer, outdoor seating, a small playground, and cosy nooks invite you to linger. A car park and an electric vehicle charging station are available free of charge. 



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
